Estudo inglês e trabalho na capital &lt;b&gt;da Irlanda, Dublin&lt;/b&gt;. De lá para cá minha vida, obviamente, &lt;b&gt;mudou drasticamente&lt;/b&gt;. Com isso, os hábitos alimentares que adquiri durante um ano (o processo de emagrecimento) foram alterados também.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;O primeiro mês&lt;/b&gt; foi totalmente de adaptação, de me encontra nesse novo continente. &lt;b&gt;O segundo mês e atual&lt;/b&gt; finalmente começo a chamar de casa e entender um pouco desse país maluco (outra hora explico essa qualificação).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Como tudo, a &lt;b&gt;alimentação aqui é toda diferente. &lt;/b&gt;E até para comprar um simples pão requer todo um &lt;b&gt;processo de entendimento. &lt;/b&gt;Até agora experimentei produtos, conheci e procurei muitos dos alimentos que estava acostumada a comer no Brasil. &lt;b&gt;Nada é igual...&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Finalmente tenho uma lista de mercado fixa (ou quase) e posso dar&amp;nbsp;continuidade&amp;nbsp;ao que fazia no Brasil: &lt;b&gt;Comer de forma saudável. &lt;/b&gt;O desafio em Dublin é maior ainda, pois estou cercada de fast food barato, comida pronta e congelados a mil. Os Irlandeses &lt;b&gt;não possuem o hábito de cozinhar&lt;/b&gt; e compram tudo pronto. &lt;b&gt;Os produtos in natura são um absurdo de caros &lt;/b&gt;(quero um dia escrever sobre isso aqui, e vou!).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Agora só estou passando&lt;/b&gt; para dizer que &lt;b&gt;a partir de hoje &lt;/b&gt;(segunda-feira aqui) estarei &lt;b&gt;controlando minha alimentação e me policiando para comer da forma mais&amp;nbsp;adequada&amp;nbsp;possível. &lt;/b&gt;Não sei quando eu engordei (e fiquei um pouquinho mais pesada sim) e também&lt;b&gt; não saberei por enquanto qual o meu peso. &lt;/b&gt;Vou deixar a balança de lado e ficar de olho na alimentação. &lt;b&gt;Esse é o meu projeto Europa Saudável!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Em março faz 1 ano do ponta pé inicial da minha nova vida, 1 ano de blog e 1 ano que me eduquei na alimentação. E por&amp;nbsp;coincidência, no dia&amp;nbsp;16 de março é a data do meu embarque para a Europa. Até lá são 8 semanas!&lt;br /&gt;
Nessas 8 semanas vou chegar ao meu peso ideal: Os 60 quilos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para isso, a primeira semana terá como objetivo:&lt;br /&gt;
- Correr na esteira 3 vezes;&lt;br /&gt;
- Aulas de Jump ou Energy todos os dias;&lt;br /&gt;
- No mínimo, duas frutas por dia;&lt;br /&gt;
- Voltar a beber 2 litros de água (com esse calor é fácil, fácil);&lt;br /&gt;
- Fotografar minha alimentação (ou parte dela).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O resultado esperado para esses 7 dias:&lt;br /&gt;
- Menos 2 quilos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Tenho um &lt;b&gt;super motivo&lt;/b&gt; para colocar essa parte da minha vida nos eixos novamente:&lt;b&gt; Em abril estarei na Europa fazendo intercâmbio por alguns (vários) meses. &lt;/b&gt;Preciso até lá estar reeducada na alimentação e perder os quilos que ainda me deixam cheinha.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para isso, vou fazer&lt;b&gt; o que sempre funcionou: &lt;/b&gt;Escolher os alimentos sempre da forma mais saudável possível, sem grandes restrições (só em alguns momentos para me desafiar), compensar quando exagero e muita atividade física! &lt;b&gt;A "fórmula secreta" eu sei já sei, é só colocar ela em prática!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

São muitos planos para continuar a ser feliz! Entre eles, eliminar esses quilinhos que ainda faltam e definir meu corpo. É pouco peso a perder e muitos dias a ganhar - 366 dias para mais uma fase de realizações. Só depende de mim!&lt;br /&gt;

Não imaginava que fazia mais de 10 dias que não passava por aqui. As desculpinhas são muitas, mas vou deixar elas de lado e dizer que faltou foco nos últimos dias. Não que eu tenha abandonado tudo. Nada disso, a RA já é minha vida.&lt;br /&gt;

As saidinha de finais de semanas tem atrapalhado todo o processo. Perco o foco e como de forma errada e ainda tem as bebidinhas para complicar. Aí passo a semana recuperando o find. Não dá né?&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Foco para mim!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Prestando conta do mês de novembro&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Minha meta era chegar aos 63.&lt;br /&gt;
Eu passei pela casa dos 63.9, mas fechei o mês com 64.3 (peso atual).&lt;br /&gt;
Quase, quase...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preciso fazer um esforço extra para chegar final do ano aos 60. Difícil, mas não impossível.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A academia? Essa continua em fase intensiva. Não abandonado tão cedo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Essa semana ainda conto os resultados do meu pacote de manthus/drenagem/massagem/spcultor. Encerrei e agora estou fazendo só massagem e drenagem em casa com uma pessoa maravilhosa que conheci na clínica (se alguém de Porto Alegre quiser indicação, o preço dela é bem em conta).&lt;br /&gt;

Eu abandono o blog e tenho a sensação de que não possuo controle do que como.&lt;br /&gt;
Sei que não exagero na alimentação tanto assim, pois já tenho um jeitinho de viver de bem com a comida... mas acontece que até chegar ao meu objetivo preciso saber o que estou comendo. É a minha forma de refletir, e é o que faço através desse blog.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Então,&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;são 26 dias para 2011 terminar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Serão 26 dias para fechar o ano magrela. Vou dar um jeito! &lt;br /&gt;

Estou começando a me preparar. Fiz 6 km na esteira ontem, intercalando caminhada (4 min) e corrida (3 min). Até final do ano vou estar correndo, pelo menos, 5 km!&lt;br /&gt;

É verdade que meu peso não anda baixando lá essas coisas. Ultimamente, com os meus descontroles de finais de semana, é um sobe e desce de gramas pra lá e pra cá. Nada de quilos a mais ou a menos, e sim gramas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Em compensação, tenho começado a notar a diferença no meu corpo. Em três meses de academia, começo a colher os primeiro resultados.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quem acompanha o blog a um bom tempo vai lembrar de uma calça preta que desde o início eu comento que quero entrar nela. É a ultima recordação que tenho de quando estava um pouco menos gordinha - eu tinha uma igual e usava pra caramba, fui na loja e comprei outra sem provar. Quando fui colocar, não servia mais.&lt;br /&gt;

Não parei em casa e isso resultou em uma comilança nada saudável.&lt;br /&gt;

Como dizer não aos amigos quando querem comer batata frita e tomar coca-coca? Como dizer não quando querem dividir uma pizza? E ir tomar aquela cervejinha?&lt;br /&gt;

Claro que no cardápio de todos os estabelecimentos tem opções mais saudável, é só fazer a escolha certa. &lt;b&gt;Eu não quis!&lt;/b&gt; Acompanhei o ritmo deles e me joguei para fora da RA, sem remorsos.&lt;br /&gt;

Mesmo assim, o objetivo de chegar aos 63 nesse mês não é&amp;nbsp;impossível. Ainda acredito!&lt;br /&gt;

Ontem foi dia de body attack e depois musculação na academia, impressionante como estou viciada. Hoje quero ver se consigo dar uma corridinha.&lt;br /&gt;

Para quem não consegue ir em academia, existe muitas alternativas para se mexer. Andei baixando no meu celular android alguns aplicativos bacaninhas de exercícios.&lt;br /&gt;

Tem um kit de cinco programinhas que auxiliam, e muito, quem faz exercício em casa. Me comprometi em fazer dias light em um local que tem as maiores tentações do mundo para mim. Para isso, levei barra de cereal, minha pasta de atum, diet shake, frutas e uma corda. Sim, porque ficar cinco dias sem atividade física ia ser&amp;nbsp;(e foi) cruel.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Agora do que adiantou? Nada. &lt;b&gt;Um juramento em falso e um comprometimento falho.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A viagem de cinco dias teve cachorro quente, cuca, chocolate, bolacha,&amp;nbsp;hambúrguer&amp;nbsp;e pizza. Bem saudável! &lt;b&gt;Tão saudável que estou fugindo da balança!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
E como não dá para correr atrás do&amp;nbsp;prejuízo, estou correndo atrás dos meus sonhados 60 quilos. Já estou na linha novamente e quero me manter nela até o final do ano.&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Esse foi um ano de aprender a ser saudável e é assim que vou encerrar ele.&lt;/b&gt; Não importa quantos&amp;nbsp;escorregões&amp;nbsp;eu tive, fizeram parte do caminho.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

À noite fui na casa de um amigo e resolvi pegar algo na rua para comer, pensei: vou passar no Mc Donalts! É um lanche bacana, que apesar de eu não ser fã (sim, desse mal não sofro) vai agradar a todos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chegando na frente da loja veio o pensamento salvador: "Quer saber, sou eu quem estou levando o lanche, vou de algo mais saudável". Passei em uma loja Am/Pm e comprei pastel assado integral. &lt;b&gt;Tudo são escolhas!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Com escolhas que iniciei meu emagrecimento e me mantenho nele. Escolhi não ser mais aquela menina depressiva que estava me tornando. Acho que minha força de vontade vem daí: não querer ser minha versão passada. Essa é muito melhor.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Alimentação de ontem: Um pouco de carboidratos demais, mas percebi que a balança não reclamou. Estou estranhando ela....&lt;br /&gt;

Estou totalmente&lt;b&gt; viciada na acadêmia &lt;/b&gt;(coisa mais boa de dizer). Vou todos os dias. Fazer só uma aulinha aeróbica não é o&amp;nbsp;suficiente&amp;nbsp;para a minha endorfina.&lt;br /&gt;
Minha rotina tem sido fazer Jump três vezes na semana, body attack (amo) duas vezes e combinar aulas de localizada ou musculação e esteira cinco vezes na semana. Puxado? Tô adorando! E sinto muita falta se não posso ir. Planejo o meu dia todinho para conseguir passar duas horas malhando.&lt;br /&gt;

Afinal, estou na reta final, meu organismo tá lento e tenho que conseguir atingir a meta desse mês (menos 3 quilos). &lt;b&gt;Só que eu errei e feio! &lt;/b&gt;Nas escolhas e principalmente na quantidade. &lt;b&gt;Deveria tomar vergonha na cara e fotografar esses momentos&lt;/b&gt;, pois eu erro também.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preciso contar que essa fase final não está sendo fácil! Me arrisco a dizer que &lt;b&gt;é mais difícil que o início&lt;/b&gt;.&amp;nbsp;Comecei a enjoar de alguns alimentos e tô rebolando para encontrar alternativas saudáveis (e não calóricas). Com o meu organismo acostumado a tudo complica mais ainda...&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
A viagem a São Paulo foi maravilhosa, aproveitei para renovar meu guarda-roupas. Agora posso dizer que estou pronta para o verão! Delícia comprar blusinhas de alça, com transparência e shorts curto sem grandes preocupações. Fiquei mais feliz ainda por descobrir que estou usando tamanho 40. Para mim é uma grande conquista, recordo de usar essa numeração somente no início da adolescência (o que era muito para a época). Poderia fazer um post sobre as compras, mas não vou.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Comer de forma equilibrada não fez parte da viagem, ninguém merece ir viajar e ficar se controlando em tudo (claro que eu poderia ter tido um pouco de moderação). A balança aumentou 500 gramas, o que considerei gentiliza da parte dela comigo. Valeu, amiga!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hoje fiz o favor de lembrar que&lt;b&gt; tenho uma meta.&lt;/b&gt; São dois meses para o fim do ano. Dois meses para eliminar 6 quilos. A reta final para valer&amp;nbsp;iniciou!&amp;nbsp;O plano é fazer o que sempre fiz e dá certo: &lt;b&gt;Pequenas quantidades na comida, alimentação saudável e muita atividade física.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Meu peso no momento: 66.4&lt;br /&gt;
A meta para o fim de novembro: 63&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Totalmente possível!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

. Meu peso continua empacado,&amp;nbsp;oscila&amp;nbsp;entre 65.8 e 66.1. Nada para menos e nem para mais;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
. Essa semana é a viagem a São Paulo;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
. Estou sem motivação para tirar fotos dos meus pratos do dia e fazer uma alimentação bonitinha;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
. Motivação para ir na acadêmia tenho e muita! Vou todos os dias;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
. Os últimos dias foram sem rotina, isso&amp;nbsp;incluiu&amp;nbsp;deixar de comer de 4 em 4 horas. Fazia duas refeições por dia (não gostei da experiência);&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
. Preciso trabalhar mais meus braços. Estão um pouco&amp;nbsp;flácidos&amp;nbsp;e gorduchinhos. Quero usar blusa de alcinha sem me preocupar;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
. Vou começar a fazer carboxiterapia;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
. O projeto de chegar aos 60 quilos no final desse mês falhou, mas chegar a minha meta até o final do ano não irá falhar;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
. Quem sabe até voltar da viagem eu não poste mais, mas estou &lt;strike&gt;tentando&lt;/strike&gt; me mantendo na linha.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;No início&lt;/b&gt; fiquei com receio do que ia encontrar nas postagens. &lt;b&gt;No fim&lt;/b&gt; fiquei aliviada e gostei de perceber a evolução na alimentação.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Percebi também que falo exclusivamente da minha reeducação alimentar&lt;/b&gt;, afinal esse é meu espaço para isso. &lt;b&gt;Somente isso.&lt;/b&gt; Só que ao decorrer desses 7 meses conheci muitas pessoas, histórias, fiz amizades. Eu não tenho como me expor mais que as questões do meu emagrecimento aqui.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Na releitura&lt;/b&gt;, notei que nunca comentei &lt;b&gt;sobre minha história&lt;/b&gt;. Ela é simples: Sempre fui gordinha, com uma cultura alimentar totalmente errada e sedentária. Nunca havia percebido que precisava mudar meus hábitos para realmente poder me manter magra. Nas dieta que fazia na&amp;nbsp;adolescência&amp;nbsp;sempre eu era 8 ou 80, saindo&amp;nbsp;do planejado já colocava tudo a perder. Isso é um dos benefícios que a RA me trouxe: aprender a ser menos 8 ou 80 em tudo na minha vida.&lt;br /&gt;
Fui uma criança acima do peso, uma adolescente acima do peso e quando entrei na fase adulta chegou a obesidade e eu desisti de mim. Por isso falo tanto que emagrecer me trouxe vida novamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando comecei todo esse processo, eu dizia que chegando aos 65 quilos já estaria bom! Eu ainda não acreditava tanto em mim. Hoje sei que posso mais (no caso menos) que os 65 que já estou. Busco o meu melhor, dentro dos meus limites, e meu melhor ainda não é esse.&lt;br /&gt;

A foto ficou ruim pois deu a louca no meu celular no meio do restaurante e eu não consegui arrumar.&amp;nbsp;O jantar é torradinha de pão integral com atum.&lt;br /&gt;
Hoje ainda vou sair e tomar caipirinha, mas não comerei mais nada.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sobre os pratos de ontem: O&amp;nbsp;farelo&amp;nbsp;que aparece com a banana e o mamão é linhaça dourada, e o outro farelo no iogurte é aveia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Feriadinho amanhã. Vou me comportar e continuar fotografando tudo!&lt;br /&gt;

Caí na real e vi que não vai dar para chegar aos 60 quilos no final desse mês, apesar de faltar somente 5 quilos, meu organismo não tá querendo colaborar. Mesmo assim continuo a contagem.&lt;br /&gt;
Minha meta inicial é até o final do ano, então estou no prazo!&lt;br /&gt;

Calorzão hoje na city, resolvi colocar um short para aguentar o dia. Peguei o único que tenho em meu roupeiro, tamanho: 46. Serviu? NÃOOO. Ficou GRANDE, óbvio!&lt;br /&gt;
Eu aproveitei para fotografar e colocar o shorts na pilha "das aposentadas".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Estou doida para usar short nesse verão. Eu nunca usei esse tipo de roupa fora de casa ou locais familiares. Sério! Morria de vergonha das minhas pernas.&lt;br /&gt;
Sabem aqueles calores de mais de 35 graus? E eu de calça comprida pelas ruas. Agora quero aprender a colocar elas (as pernas) para fora. Shorts de todos os tamanhos estão na minha lista de compras quando chegar na minha meta, mesmo não sabendo dá onde vou tirar a coragem para usá-los.&lt;br /&gt;

Faltou a fotinho do antes do short, mas não encontrei. Só nas pernas que ele não fica tão soltinho, mas tenho coxas grossas mesmo e já encarei esse fato. Agora, desconsiderem a barriga saliente, essa ainda será eliminada.&lt;br /&gt;

Semana planejadinha na alimentação. Vou fotografar e postar tudo aqui, &lt;b&gt;prometo!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Acadêmia será semana de intensivão, pois vou estar com as manhãs livres. Musculação pela manhã e aula à noite.
